Surgery Update #2 - 11:45am

We just talked to Dr. Isaacson. He said the first part of the surgery has gone great. Dr. Madden is now working on getting the tumor out. Dr. Isaacson said that her facial nerve and her auditory nerve are still in tact, which is a great thing. They just have to be very meticulous to preserve all the nerves. He said it would be another 2-3 hours before they finished up. They will take her to ICU when they finish and then after an hour there we will be able to go see her.
